What is ProductMatrix?

ProductMatrix is a community-driven tool designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) compare and evaluate different software solutions. Our interactive feature matrices make it easy to see at a glance which products have the features you need.

All data is maintained by the MSP community to ensure it remains accurate, up-to-date, and vendor-neutral.

How to Use

Select a product category from the home page to view the feature matrix for that category.

  • Use the filter panel to select which products you want to compare
  • Search for specific features using the search box
  • Export the data to CSV, Excel, or PDF for your records

The color-coded cells make it easy to see which products support each feature.

ProductMatrix builds upon the foundation laid by the original /r/msp RMM Comparison Google Sheet. We'd like to express our sincere gratitude to the individuals who contributed to the original sheet.   • 3/11/2025 - v0.5.0 - Added about page, updated disclaimer, added update information. Added Improvements to the UI table with sticky headers and columns. Theme & Lightswitch support added (but disabled). Made previous matrixes live in navigation.
